You may remember Birmingham’s vice chairmen Jack Wiseman died two weeks ago.

Nick named Mr. Blues the Bluenose refused to let the Kumar’s destroy the club and sell the ground, he ultimately spearheaded the revival of Birmingham in the 1980-90s which saw Sullivan and the Gold brothers rescue Birmingham City from closure.

A funeral Service was held yesterday in which the likes of Jasper Carrot attended. Barry Fry & Ron Saunders also watched on as Michael (Jacks son) paid tribute as did MD Karren Brady.

Our thoughts are with the Wiseman Family, and it is widely believed Michael Wiseman will join the board of directors to carry on the tradition of having a Wiseman to watch over the Blue side of Birmingham.
