You know what, I’m actually enjoying this.
I feel like this whole week is just going to be nothing but a Lukas Jutkiewicz tribute week. I mean, given his start of the season, you can’t really blame fans for doing so. Not as if there’s anything else for us to be talking about during international week is there? Would you rather be talking about whether or not Pep Clotet is the right man for the job again?
First we had the unsurprising reveal on Tuesday that he was by far and away City’s best performing player, and then we had this.
The club decided to run a quiz question the other day, because let’s face it, who doesn’t love a quiz?
They asked how many headed goals the big man had scored since he joined the Blues back in 2016.
The answer was 16.
And when they gave the answer, not only did they just give it to the fans, but they went that extra yard by showing every single one of those headers, and fans were loving it. They were never going to miss an opportunity to swoon over the 30-year-old.
