Franck Queudrue has put himself in the shop widow for English clubs, especially Birmingham who he has admitted he would not mind returning to.

The defender is out of contract after being released by Lens and has said that he wants to come to England once again to get his career back on track.

He said that if Blues manager Lee Clark wanted him to take a trial with the club, he would be happy to.

And the 34 year old has already discussed a return to England with his wife.

“My first choice would be England,” said Queudrue to the Birmingham Mail.

“My family like England, I have talked about it with my wife and to come back to England, okay, not a problem

“I am not greedy, I am on a free and I would be prepared to go on trial so any club could see what I can do.

“I have been out of the English league for a couple of years and people might not know me but it`s no problem.

“I love Birmingham. I have a lot of good memories and I am aware of what is going on at the club – I follow you on Twitter!’
