Rob Wildey speaks to Thomas Cox, a Blackburn Rovers fan.

TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK OF OWEN COYLE?

I`m reserving judgment until May. If he keeps us up, it will be a job well done, and a difficult job at that.

WHAT IS THE STYLE OF FOOTBALL LIKE UNDER COYLE?

Quick and direct. It`s not always in the air but we do look to hit the centre forward or wingers as soon as we possibly can. We don`t have players with great technical ability so the way we play suits us quite nicely.

WHAT WOULD BE A GOOD SEASON FOR BLACKBURN ROVERS

Staying up. Anything else will be a bonus.

WHAT HAS CAUSED BLACKBURN`S FALL FROM GRACE?

Like many clubs, foreign owners with an agenda. The Venky`s have been nothing short of a disaster for our club taking us from a stable Premier League side to one holding on to Championship status by the skin of our teeth. They have slowly decimated the squad on the cheap and not given their managers (there has been several of them) proper resources to build a decent squad. Crowds have drastically dwindled, the atmosphere is toxic but, thanks to Coyle, we`re hanging in there just about. To sooner the Venky`s leave, the better for Blackburn and the better for football.

ROVERS WON THEIR LAST HOME GAME AGAINST NEWCASTLE. ARE YOU EXPECTING MORE OF THE SAME WHEN BIRMINGHAM CITY VISIT EWOOD PARK?

It`d be nice but it`s difficult to say. We never know what Blackburn team will turn up. The Newcastle game was one of grit and good fortune. They had something like 70% possession and what seemed like 30 shots on goal. But somehow, we nicked it. It was a smash and grab.

IF YOU COULD SIGN ONE BIRMINGHAM PLAYER FOR THE ROVERS SQUAD, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY?

David Davis. He seems to be a fighter and has a little bit of quality.

WHICH ROVERS PLAYER SHOULD BIRMINGHAM BE WARY OF?

Charlie Mulgrew is a decent player and very versatile. Also, Danny Graham is big and strong and loves a physical battle.

WHAT IS YOUR PREDICTION FOR THE GAME?

A low scoring draw. 0-0 or 1-1.
