Blues director Michael Wiseman has received and accepted a request to stand down from his place on the Birmingham City board.
The club describe this as restructuring at boardroom level, but Wiseman, whose family have had a long association with Birmingham will remain at the club as honorary vice-president.
Chairman Peter Pannu told Birmingham’s official website: ‘We’d like to thank Mike for his efforts as a director since we arrived at the club.
‘We are delighted that he is willing to maintain his link with the club as honorary vice-president and to continue with his much treasured advisory role.’
