Birmingham City’s teenage sensation Demarai Gray is once again the subject of interest from recently promoted side AFC Bournemouth, according to FootballLeagueWorld.co.uk.

Their sources are suggesting that the England under 19 international is now Eddie Howe’s number one target and the Premier League side are set to come back in with a massive sixth bid for Gray. The previous bids reached up to £5 million but it is now believed that the latest bid will reach the clubs valuation of £7 million.

At the age of 16, Gray made his debut in October 2013 and has since performed beyond expectations and sources suggest that he is now set for a move to the Premier League. During his first full season in the Blues team under both former manager Lee Clark and current manager Gary Rowett, Gray notched up six goals and one assist.

If he did move to Bournemouth, Gray would not only be disappointing the Blues faithful but also the fans of Premier League giants Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Spurs and Newcastle who were also keen on acquiring the services of the home grown talent.

Blues fans, what do you make of this latest development? Would you be disappointed to lose Gray? Do you think he is ready to make the step up into the Premier League yet? Let us know in the comment section down below!
