It is the eighth day of the trial and the majority of the week has been spent calling prosecution witnesses to establish where money had came from and why was it deposited in Mr Yeung`s account.
Today saw some security firms being called up, nothing major, the statements being given are all saying the same thing – Mr Yeung has reported earnings of around £84,000 whilst trading with capital of £8.4 million and more.
It has also been revealed that CY reported 0 as an income for 1999 – 2003 and various account firms have confirmed vast amounts of money stashed away with them.
The trial continues on Monday, whilst it is still an on going litigation, it appears clear CY has a mountain to climb.
