The club are interested in signing Everton forward Ademola Lookman on loan, according to our own Tom Heslop.
Toffees boss Marco Silva is weighing up whether to send the 20-year-old out on loan following a spell at RB Leipzig in Germany last season.
Fans on Twitter were split on whether a deal can be done:
Yes please! Be very happy with Lookman.

Only played 11 games in the bundesliga tho, I realise he played well in those games but still you don’t know if he is consistently not

He is easily good enough for the prem IMO

Surely this won’t happen. Played extremely well for Leipzig a European quality team back end of last season

Verdict:
Everton are said to looking for Lookman to get more first-team experience in English football next season, but we are likely to face fierce competition if they want to secure the services of the England Under 21 international.
He impressed during his time at Leipzig. Scoring a winner on his debut against Borussia Monchengladbach, and following that up with four more goals as well as four assists in 11 appearances for the Bundesliga side.
My feeling is this will be a very tough one to get. With his performances in Germany, there will also be a few Premier League clubs considering a loan swoop for the player this summer.
