Blues boss Gary Rowett said he was both frustrated and disappointed at the way his side let slip a two goal lead to draw 2-2 with Preston at St Andrews last night.

The home side looked to be cruising to just a second victory in nine games after Clayton Donaldson`s two goals put them into a comfortable 2-0 lead with half an hour to play.

However, an Alan Browne strike and then an 89th minute equaliser from Greg Cunningham ensured that Blues only left with a point.

Speaking to bcfc.com, Rowett said: “I’m frustrated, disappointed- they would probably be the calmest words I can use.

“To be 2-0 up at home and end up drawing 2-2, I can’t tell you some of the words I have used in the dressing room to some of them.

“You’ve got to go and win those games; it`s as simple as that. We have a centre-half running through into the box, we have a right-back playing like a right winger, we have players playing with a lack of discipline really.

“I’m frustrated and I’ve told them in there, for me that was one of the weakest last 15 minutes I think I’ve seen in a game”.
