After a derby defeat at the hands of Wolves, Blues will be looking to bounce back against promotion favourites Norwich City.

The Canaries, under the stewardship of Alex Neil, have adapted well to life back in the second tier. They have won two and drawn two of their opening four league games and currently sit fourth, ten places ahead of Blues in 14th.

Of the relegated teams, Norwich were arguably the best prepared for the gruelling demands of a Championship season. Their squad boasts of quality including Steven Naismith, Wes Hoolahan and former Blues striker Cameron Jerome.

In the absence of Vital Blues Editor Tom Heslop, I have had a bash at predicting the line-up to face Norwich on Saturday. This is a mix between what I would do and what I think Gary Rowett will do?

GK: Kuszczak
RB: Spector
CB: Shotton
CB: Morrison
LB: Grounds
CDM: Kieftenbeld
CDM: Tesche
RAM: Adams
CAM: Fabbrini
LAM: Maghoma
ST: Donaldson

Substitutes: Legzdins, Robinson, Gleeson, Davis, Stewart, Cotterill, Solomon-Otabor.

In my opinion, the middle of the park needs igniting and Blues are more of a competitive force with Maikel Kieftenbeld in there. I`d play Robert Tesche alongside him.

By dropping Cotterill to the bench and picking Adams in the wide right berth, you can inject pace into the side without losing the organised and familiar formation. If Blues are to counter attack a good Norwich side, pace will be vital.

I have drafted Diego Fabbrini back in to the ‘number ten` role simply because he has the flare and invention that Blues have severely lacked in recent games. He can be the link between Clayton Donaldson, Che Adams and Jacques Maghoma and will be protected by the midfield two.

Blues fans, do you agree with the line-up that has been predicted? Will Gary Rowett give change the side and drop Cotterill? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
