Everybody loves the FA Cup, myself included, and Birmingham City manager Gianfranco Zola will be hoping to heap more pressure onto Rafa Benitez and take it off himself by securing a place in the fourth round of the competition with a win over Newcastle United on Saturday.

The Italian manager is due to face the media tomorrow afternoon so no team news has been officially confirmed but I suspect that there will be a few changes to the side that were beaten at St.Andrew’s last Saturday by Brentford.

A lacklustre second half from Zola’s Blues left many fans frustrated, and rightly so because it was absolutely shocking, so the game against the Magpies this weekend presents an opportunity that he must not pass up.

As I previously mentioned, I believe that Zola may look to rotate his squad with the likes of Paul Caddis, Adam Legzdins, Reece Brown and Diego Fabbrini all getting a look in as well as some of the under 23’s maybe getting a surprise appearance as well.

Down below is the side that I think Zola will name to take on Rafa’s men this weekend when they visit B9…

GK: Legzdins
RWB: Caddis
CB: Shotton
CB: Spector
CB: Cleary
LWB: Grounds
CM: Tesche
CM: Davis
CM: Brown
ST: Jutkiewicz
ST: Adams

Substitutes: Trueman, Robinson, Morrison, Gleeson, Fabbrini, Solomon-Otabor, Hale.

Blues fans, what do you make of this weeks predicted line up? Are you surprised by the changes that have been made? Would you like to see some of the youth given a chance in this game? Would you leave Michael Morrison out? Let us know in the comment section down below!
