Following another successful away performance on Tuesday night against Preston North End, I caught up with our very own Luke Turner who gave me his ratings for each individual performance.

Blues were very unlucky not to come away with more than a point and were left ruing several missed chances, the most notable coming in the final minutes as Demarai Gray brushed his effort wide of the far post.

Some fantastic saves from Jordan Pickford in the Lilywhites net prevented Blues scoring more than the one they did, which came courtesy of captain Michael Morrison.

The home side went ahead through Adam Reach, who scored his first goal of the season, but after the break and a presumed blasting from Gary Rowett, Blues regained dominance in the game and produced more chances than the home side.

Below are the ratings that Luke gave me for each player who took part in the game.

Kuszczak – 6
Eardley – 6
Morrison – 8
Spector – 6
Grounds – 6
Kieftenbeld – 7
Glesson – 6
Gray – 8 and MOTM
Shinnie – 5
Maghoma – 6
Vaughan – 7

Substitutes:

Toral – 7
Halford – N/A
Davis – N/A
