Former Blues striker Lee Novak has joined Charlton Athletic on a free transfer.
The 27 year-old was a free agent after being released from Blues. After talks with several League One clubs, a deal was agreed with Chalton Athletic and their new manager Russell Slade.
Novak scored 13 goals in 69 games for Blues over three seasons. However, the writing was on the wall for the Newcastle born man after spending part of last season on loan at Chesterfield.
Charlton have also agreed a fee to sign Blues target Nicky Ajose from Swindon Town, according to reports.
