McLean Cant Wait to Play for Blues

Aaron McLean has signed on loan at Blues on an emergency loan until January. We are definitely short upfront after losing Matt Green for the season.

In addition to the lack of numbers upfront we cannot also be sure that Lingard will be available to use much past Christmas, another scary thought.

The 30 year old spent last season on loan at Ipswich whilst his parent club Hull won promotion. Whilst I doubt McLean is match fit I do think that something needed to be done and credit to Lee Clark.

McLean had little chance of playing at Hull, players like Graham, Yannick Sagbo and Nick Proschwitz are ahead of him in the pecking order.

We are currently 18th with 14 points and with some winnable games coming up McLean will be eager to get into the team and score some goals.
