Kilkenny Looking Forward With Relish

Neil Kilkenny is confident that Birmingham City have landed a gem with the arrival of £4million striker Cameron Jerome from Cardiff.

Midfielder Kilkenny, who was recently part of Australia’s pre-World Cup preparations is already looking to the new season with relish whereas I’m looking to Burger King for lunch with relish.

The 20-year-old told the Birmingham Mail:

‘I’m looking forward to next season, and I just want to play, I want to be involved. It’s good what the manager is doing, he wants us to be more energetic and with Cameron Jerome in, we’ve got more pace up front. Hopefully we will be a bit different this season and do well.’
