Writing for Vital Birmingham is a great way to share your ideas and feelings about your club. You can provide your opinion in news articles, blogs and many other items on the site.
Maybe you you need some work experience on your CV? we will provide you with a reference for all the contributions you make.
It is a perfect role for busy people. You can start by writing just an article a week. This can be anything from news articles to a blog. We encourage you to control your own work!
You may already write for another site, well we are by far the fastest growing site for BCFC coverage and you may want to get on board. We are viewed over 100,000 times every month, often more.
Our Twitter account is out growing all of our competition. Our vision is working and we can offer you a large platform to work with.
Maybe you’re hoping to write for a trusted brand? well our archives go back to 2005, we’ve been around for a long time in internet years. Combine that with the new management and marketing strategy and you have a winning team.
One final reason you may want to write for us, we are branching out! We currently are undergoing our expansion plan. The site will now host several departments on its platform. Birmingham City FC, Birmingham City Development and Birmingham City Ladies FC. You can specialise in the area you love! and thrive whilst doing so!

The most important thing you need is ambition, we want to be the biggest site out there, with no exceptions! dream big and achieve big. If you feel you want to get involved to write stories that will hit the very top of the ranks then you belong here.
Determination. We believe in getting things done, no matter what. Content is produced each and every day no matter what. I have written articles in between my university lectures at times! We’re a close team that gets results where others would fail.
Skill. We believe in quality, sourced and positive news. You need to be able to produce work that people want to read. Your level of English must be of a competent standard and you must investigate things properly in order to deliver the full story to our readers. but don’t worry, we provide lots of help for you to do this with us

We are a creative team that knows no bounds, if you want to join the team and start a whole new version of content, we will support you in doing so! that is how we operate. We are always changing.
