Hands off our Gary!

Following the sacking of Aston Villa manager Roberto Di Matteo and the suspension of both Nigel Pearson and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink at Derby County and Queens Park Rangers, Blues boss Gary Rowett has once again been linked with a move away from the club.

However, let’s get one things straight here…HANDS OFF OUR GARY!!!

As I understand it, Rowett won’t be going anywhere because of his devotion to Birmingham City and even he himself has said that he is fed up of being linked with a move away from the club.

Last week, following the suspension of Pearson at Derby, Rowett was immediately linked with a move to the Rams but just a day later, the Blues boss was quoted saying how much of an honour is was to manage Blues and that he loved his job and he wouldn’t be going anywhere.

That news came as a huge relief to Blues fans, but were we ever in doubt? Derby have come knocking twice before and Rowett hasn’t gone anywhere, so why would he go this time round.

As for our neighbours fans thinking he would ever join them…ha ha, jog on guys! He isn’t Alex McLeish!

Their fans on social media site Twitter have been claiming that Rowett would never turn down the job if it was offered to him…ooh how they make me laugh! Behave yourself, why would he want to join that sinking ship of a club!

It’d be like him leaving an aeroplane that is just about to take off to join the titanic which is continuously sinking *insert laughing face here*.

The QPR link is a strange one…let’s just say that is a non-starter.
