As many of you know, deadline day is one of the busiest in the football calendar as well as one of the most exciting because who knows who you club could be signing.

Well, following Saturday’s hammering of Championship new boys Norwich City, Birmingham City manager Gary Rowett admitted to Colin Tattum that the club are actively looking to still bring in players but it may mean that one or two will have to leave, or as the manager put it himself, ‘sacrificed’.

As it stands, I couldn’t tell you which players could potentially be leaving the club and I certainly couldn’t tell you who might be joining the club but after much deliberation, it might be fairly plain to see who might be leaving the club.

Later today, at 12 noon and 5pm, I will be discussing which three players I believe could potentially be leaving the club and which three players I think might come through the door.

At 12, I will discuss which players I think Rowett will let go, whether that be on loan or on a permanent deal, and then at 5pm I will talk through who I believe may come through the door.

Stay tuned for more…
