Lee Clark was obviously upset with the way his team played in the second half after losing 2-0 at home to Sheffield Wednesday.
Clark said his team dominated the first half and then simply stopped doing all of the positive actions in the second half. He damned his side for not taking their chances to win the game before half time.
Blues failed to get to grips with the second half as they lost two goals. Clark said the goals given away were ‘very very poor’. Players didn’t stay with runners and they were unable to win the second ball in midfield.
All in all a very bad day for Birmingham against a resilient Wednesday team. Blues now need to shape up and go and play a Norwich team on the back of a 3-0 win at Griffin Park.
