Wolves goal keeper Carl Ikeme has said that the game tomorrow is going to be a tough one, and they don’t expect to batter Birmingham from pillar to post.

Birmingham enter this midlands derby on the back of an 8-0 defeat and that will give rise to some people expecting a white wash against a superior Wolves Side.

Ikeme, from Birmingham himself, has said that he expects a reaction from Birmingham. He explained that when a new manager comes in, players run the extra yards to make the team and pair that up with it being derby day and you have a dangerous fixture.

Birmingham boss Gary Rowett has said that this game comes at the perfect time, why not start with a tough game, he said in his press conference.

Well it is the baptism of fire for him and his staff as Blues will need to pick themselves back up to face an inform Wolves side.

The game is on Sky Sports 1 from Midday.
