Blues Enquire About Dawson

Reports say that Birmingham City have made an enquiry to fellow championship side Barnsley over the availability of Stephen Dawson.

Blues have received a knock back from the Yorkshire outfit as they do not want any player affairs going on until there is a new manager in place according to Sky Sports.

The Irish international has been with the Tykes since joining from Leyton Orient last January and he has made a big impression.

Birmingham are likely to return for another crack at Dawson once Barnsley have their new boss in place.
