Sheffield United fans have responded to Che Adams’ exit with mixed reactions. The 20 year-old joined Blues last night for a fee of around  £2m. Some of the comments from Blades fans are below.

Not proven at this level let alone premiership or championship?   Great prospect no doubt big strong physical. Clearly he’s in it for the money and big time. There’s no commitment nowadays and his agent has clearly influenced him In this one!

Good luck Che. He has potential but needs to stop hitting the weights as IMHO the extra bulk has lost him some of his pace. At £1.9m plus sell ons for, let’s face it, a league 1 bench player albeit with potential, is good business – providing the money goes back to the team –  which we know it won’t.

The second Clarke signed it was obvious that Che was going. Good luck to the lad, non-league to Championship football in two seasons and we got a good price. However, I will be furious if the money isn’t reinvested in a permanent signing instead of funding loans. The sales and failures to replace Quinn, Maguire and Murphy unravelled those seasons. We have replaced Che already but the money can strengthen this team with three quality signings.

Thats why were still in league one. Hate McCabe he just can’t resist filling his pockets again. Never mind Wilder will get 50k to buy someone else. Anything not nailed down gets sold. Pathetic club now mid table at best.

He’s had 20 minutes against Tottenham nowt else clearly a winger not a striker very quick yes but technically nothing special.

Thanks for your excellent service to the club and good luck at your new club. UTB.

On the cards the quicker we get out of this division the more chance we have of keeping quality players. ..simple as.
