Just as things were beginning to look even worse at Birmingham, they brought in Gary Rowett and it all changed. Former Blue O’Connor feels like hes taking Birmingham in the right direction.

Gary Rowett seems to have won over many fans with transformation he has brought in, not only with the style of play but also getting more out of the players that were already here.
It hasn’t stopped there, though. Rowett has also brought in some players and O’Connor has been impressed.
“Michael Morrison has been a good signing.
“David Davis is showing what a good signing he is having been given a role that suits is style of play.
“I think the players that were lacking in confidence, in one week out the next, have shown they are still good players,”
Martin O’Connor feels that his former team mate has brought a good feeling to the club despite the extra expectations on an ex-player.
Birmingham are working harder in training and are playing with confidence according to O’Connor and should Birmingham continue the way that they are going he concludes that Blues are in for some good times, finally.
