Lots of Blues fans have been reacting to yet another flashback that the club did on Twitter.
The club decided to look back to yet another happy day yesterday, although this one was happy for a completely different reason than the 2011 League Cup Final. The game of choice was the final game of the 2016/17 season when we beat Bristol City 1-0 at Ashton Gate to stay in the division by the skin of our teeth, although not quite as close as we did the following season.
A Che Adams goal was enough to separate the sides that day, and the club decided to spend the day commemorating that goal with their ‘Moment of the day’, just a little something to keep the fans entertained and have their minds somewhat focused on football whilst the season is currently on hiatus.
And entertain them it did, because it gave Blues fans a great chance to talk about that special day in the sunshine and reminisce about their memories of the day.
Gardner straight into the fans 😂

Possible unpopular opinion but imo this day/match was better than Bolton (a). https://t.co/ahTIQQ4AJw

Let’s just hope we can start talking about games near the top of the table soon rather than those at the bottom.
