Birmingham City`s tall striker Nikola Zigic has said that he is happy at St Andrews at the moment and is looking forward to a new championship campaign next season.
Blues only narrowly missed out on promotion, had they have beaten Blackpool, then who knows where they would be now.
Zigic doesn`t mind Championship football and would sooner go up with Birmingham rather than move to a team already there.
And he made it quite clear that he wanted to stay at St Andrews next season when he spoke with the Birmingham Mail, he said: “Look, I am very, very happy at Birmingham. My family are as well, we are settled in the area.
“I have two more years on my contract and I certainly plan on staying.
“As I have always said, if any club is interested in me we will always speak only if things are right for Birmingham and me. The club is important”.
