Who The Ref Are You? The Den

|

Scott Duncan will be the man in the middle as Millwall and Birmingham City come to blows at the Den on Wednesday evening.

Duncan has been refereeing in the Football League since 2012 and has overseen eight Blues fixtures including four wins, two draws and two defeats, including our Lee Novak-inspired 3-2 victory at Ewood Park and the 6-1 humiliation at Hull City last term.

The Newcastle-born referee has taken charge of 11 Championship games this season, dishing out 34 yellow cards and one red, shown on Saturday to Bristol City’s Josh Brownhill. He has also given two penalties, in favour of Leeds United and Queens Park Rangers – both the home side in their respective fixtures.

He has yet to take charge of a Blues or Millwall fixture this season, but was fourth official during Blues’ 2-1 victory over Reading in October.

Duncan will be assisted by Robert Hyde and Sam Lewis with Stephen Martin attempting to keep the peace between Garry Monk and Neil Harris.
