Birmingham City goalkeeper Colin Doyle has had a minor operation on his knee which means he could be out of action for two weeks.

The 23-year-old has had a small piece of cartilage removed on Monday.

The recovery time is two weeks, making Doyle a doubt for Blues’ next match against Doncaster on September 13th.

Artur Krysiak will take Doyle’s place on the bench, he has now recovered from a dislocated finger sustained while on loan at York City.
