I think we may have gone past the point of no return for some supporters.
Birmingham haven’t exactly had a bad start to the season. Sure things could have gone better in the Carabao Cup and losing back to back away league games 3-0 doesn’t exactly say ‘everything is perfect’, but it’s not as if the club is at panic stations just yet.
That’s probably what Pep Clotet was trying to get across after the defeat in South Wales. Speaking to BCFC.com after the game on Sunday, Clotet seemed to be indicating that the result was more down to how good Swansea City were rather than how bad his own team were:
“When you play a top side that has a lot of confidence and a way of playing at home, everything has to be right for you to try and get a result.”
These words didn’t exactly go down well with plenty of Bluenoses, they seemed to think that the boss should be sorting out his own problems rather than saying other teams are just too good for them. It looks as if they are more annoyed about the style of play as much they are about the results.
No pep you make the team more positive and not retreat into your shell. We are better than going away trying to smash and grab results. Pathetic

Nope. Pathetic excuses for trying to play for 0-0. Just like you did at Brentford and Forest……it’s seen all but one game and your just not good enough for this level. This bleary needs to get a percents manager in NOW!!!! This will be Zloa and Cotterillout if you don’t act

No it has to be right all the time ! Feeble excuse that pep get a grip

You have to have the mentality that you’re a top side too. Going away and not trying to score is disgusting. Might as well not turn up. Just the same as zola. We don’t want good looking football, we want wins

Just get rid of this ???? now and get a real manager in before it’s too late.

Could always mount an attack of some description. Might help

The players are either not upto this level or the coach isn't. My guess is the coach. Literal form from last season. Forest and Swansea we had their measure. Forest made us look so shit at their place. Swansea pretty similar.

That’s fine Pep I’ll save meself £60 in tickets and a full tank of petrol next time we play decent opposition away mate, no point in turning up to watch us almost deliberately lose to any side deemed better than us! Because somehow we can’t compete!! #SpanishCotterill

That sounds so negative! We certainly do not have a way of playing. That was a complete joke yesterday.
