Luke Turner singles out one player who could be the difference on Saturday…

Blues return back to action this Saturday as they head to The Valley to face struggling Charlton following the conclusion of the latest international break.

It is getting to that stage of the season where the games are now pretty much ‘must win` if we are to have any chance of keeping in touch with the play off places.

We haven’t scored an away goal in any of our last five outings so hopefully this will be the game to end that poor run.

A player who I think could be hugely influential in helping us hit the back of the net and win this time around is Jacques Maghoma.

He came off the bench at Molineux a few weeks ago and helped turn the game in our favour where we should have comfortably beaten Wolves.

I feel that, away from home, his pace, skill and power can be very beneficial to us in terms of both counter attacking and also applying pressure on The Addicks.

He can produce a piece of skill that can take almost every defender out of the game and create an opening for us.

With our goalscoring record not at the best at this moment in time, we need our most creative players on the pitch and Jacques is one of those.

He can also provide us with that defensive contribution as well so Jonathan Grounds can count on him to help double up on a winger.

It’s time now for us to take more risks and pretty much just go for it. There isn’t that long to go now till the season ends and we don’t want to be looking back at what could have been come the start of May.

Rowett and his team have what it takes to put a run together between now and the last game of the season. But, it needs to begin on Saturday by collecting three points off Jose Riga`s side.
