Ex-Blues loanee Ravel Morrison’s response to a tweet by rapper Jaykae has gotten a few fans excited.
The midfielder is currently still at Lazio, although he is unlikely to play any part for the Italian side this campaign after spending the last two seasons out on loan.
When asked by Jaykae about whether he could move to St Andrew’s for a second loan spell with us, Morrison said:
Bro ????????♂️ get the deal done ????

Fans on Twitter then responded with many excited about the prospect of the 25-year-old’s return:
Have him in a heartbeat mate

Always agree with 99.9% of jaykae’s bcfc tweets but this one I really can’t. Ferguson or Allardyce couldn’t sort him out, mad skills but loose cannon.

Make it happen !!!!

A focused @morrisonravel Is exactly what we need @BCFC, ignore the haters, we’ve all been young & made bad decisions. You were fine back on trial last year, not sure why @Redknapp never took you on. All #Blues #bcfc RT. @GarryMonk

Some want the ex England U21 international to get in contact with Garry Monk:
@GarryMonk please please please lol
— Steven burke (@burke_steven) 19 August 2018
@GarryMonk come on now
— BenBCFC (@Ponsonby_Ben) 17 August 2018
@GarryMonk sort it out

Get in touch with Garry show him you’re keen. You’d be such a welcome signing

Morrison certainly played well when he was at the club back in the 2012/13 season. His talent has never been in question, but his attitude is something that has always been a major worry.
Still, considering what Monk has done to improve players in the squad (most notably Jota), who is to say he couldn’t inspire Ravel to finally realise his full potential?
Would you welcome back Morrison, or do you think we should be looking elsewhere for our final summer signing? Let me know in the poll:
