Rob Wildey caught up with Barnsley fan, Neal Stout, ahead of the Tykes’ visit to St. Andrews tomorrow.

WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON PAUL HECKINGBOTTOM?

I like him. We started the season very well and although we’ve tailed off, I’m confident of staying up with him in charge.

WHAT WOULD REPRESENT A GOOD SEASON FOR BARNSLEY?

Survival. We can’t build as a club if we keep going down to League One. Staying in the Championship would give us a strong foothold to do that.

HOW HAS BARNSLEY’S SEASON GONE SO FAR?

Chalk and cheese. Started well but we’ve only one win to our name from the last eleven. We need to stop the rot.

IF YOU COULD SIGN ONE BIRMINGHAM PLAYER FOR THE TYKES SQUAD, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY?

Clayton Donaldson is the source of so many of your goals, so I’d have him.

WHICH TYKES PLAYER SHOULD BIRMINGHAM BE WARY OF?

Be wary of Sam Winnall. His scoring record since signing for us a couple of years back has been fantastic.

BIRMINGHAM FANS STILL REMEMBER THE HAMMERING YOU GAVE US IN 2012. WHAT DO YOU REMEMBER ABOUT THAT GAME?

I remember Birmingham going to pieces after we scored the second. Your manager Clark didn’t know what to do. 5-0 could have been 6 or 7.

WHAT IS YOUR PREDICTION FOR THE GAME?

A goalless draw. I’m usually wrong.
