Well, all good things must come to an end.
The Blues came into the game with an unbeaten home record, however they were unable to keep it going as Preston North End came away from St Andrew’s victorious.
The visitors took the lead midway through the first half when a free-kick from the visitors hit the woodwork and bounced back into play, Sean Maguire was quickest to react to slot the ball past Lee Camp in the Blues goal, and the Birmingham fans were not at all pleased with how the home side’s performance.
…as the Birmingham players stand still and watch Maguire follow it in.

At home ground should always work harder to avoid silly silly mistakes

70 pct possession to the opposition doesnt help – were not playing Brazil

The Blues had a few opportunities to get the scores level, and the best chance of the game with just over ten minutes to go as Alvaro Gimenez got on the end of a Lukas Jutkiewicz cross, only to ruled out by the assistant referee. A decision that Blues fans took relatively calmly.

However they just couldn’t find that one magical moment and the Blues would have to settle for a defeat, and despite their calm demeanour earlier, it looks as if there was one person that the fans were blaming for that defeat.
Ref was dreadful.

Desperately need VAR in this League and if a player is found to be feigning a head injury to stop play it's a yellow. Also why are we have drink breaks in the middle of a competitive game. A lot went Preston's way in terms of decisions. Ref pretty much ran off the pitch

Ref honestly needs looking into, scandalous is the only word.
