Steve Bruce has revealed that the club have issued a list of players available for loan to other clubs.

The list has been made available to lower division clubs and contains the names of our younger players who Bruce would love to see go out and earn valuable experience to help them in their Blues career but he has admitted that Marcus Painter and Neil Kilkenny will not be going anywhere.

Speaking to the official site he said:

‘We have put a list out to the lower division clubs with the younger lads that we’ve got available to go out on loan to further their footballing educations.

‘There are about four of five players, with the likes of Peter Till, Sam Oji, Mat Birley and Ollie Allen.

‘Once a young player has played in the reserves for 12 or 18 months they’re ready to move on a bit and play against men in the first team.

‘Brighton rang me this week about Marcos Painter and I do need to get him out playing football, but he is in and around my team at the moment so it would be difficult and there is no chance with Kilkenny.’
