Birmingham City have signed Manchester United striker Federico Macheda on loan until the end of the current season.
The 22 year old showed lots of promise at one time when he scored on his debut for United against Aston Villa in 2009, before going on to score in his next game against Sunderland.
But the youngster had a bit of a fall out with Alex Ferguson, spending time on loan at Sampdoria, Queens Park Rangers, VfB Stuttgart and Doncaster Rovers.
Macheda follows Tyler Blackett and Tom Thorpe down the motorway from Old Trafford.
