Well that’s nice isn’t it, apart from he doesn’t want to return if he isn’t guaranteed a starting place.

If he can get in the starting lineup therefore he’ll be off like a bolt.

Bendtner is with us until at least January but the best case scenario is that he’ll be off at the end of the season.

Speaking to Ritzau Bendtner said:

‘It’s Arsenal who decide.

‘But I know that they will not call me back unless they have at least got a place for me in the A squad.

‘I will not go back to play for the reserves.

‘The least that I should get is a place on the bench.’

Now that the smell of arrogance has passed everyone by do you think Little Nicky should remember that although he’s making a name for himself, he hasn’t made it yet and comments like that are hardly likely to endear him to either Blues fans or anyone connected with Arsenal.
