Another near-faultless month of motivating his players, manipulating his squad and maintaining his commitment to attacking football as Bournemouth secured promotion in all but statistical certainty with 14 points from six games.

Slavisa Jokanovic (Watford)
Showed confidence in both himself and his players by rotating his squad and making positive, early substitutions in games, including the 2-0 win at Brighton & Hove Albion which clinched promotion. Oversaw a haul of 16 points from a possible 18.

Alex Neil (Norwich City)
Another impressive series of results underscored the Scot’s impact since arriving at Carrow Road. A haul of 13 points from six games ensured that Norwich’s players continue to believe in him and clinched a play-off berth in style.

Gary Rowett (Birmingham City)
Has now gained a monthly nomination in both the Championship and League 2 this season after guiding Birmingham to an enjoyable springtime and into the top half with 13 points garnered from seven April games.
