The club are unlikely to sign another player before the loan window shuts at 5 pm, according to the Birmingham Mail reporter Brian Dick.
We are restricted to one more signing, either on loan or on a free transfer, but it seems that we won’t be bringing anyone else in:
Nothing in pipeline at #bcfc at time of Tweeting. One loan/free signing to make and the phrase GM used yesterday seems to sum up the situation – 'Nothing jumping off the page'. Blues have until 5pm to find something or decide to keep powder dry until January.

It’s not surprising considering Garry Monk’s comments in his pre-match press conference yesterday, but it is frustrating.
After Cheikh N’Doye’s return to Angers, the manager was very clear that we were light in central midfield, but it looks like we won’t be strengthening in that area.
Of course, we can still sign a player who is out of contract after the window has shut, but Monk has bemoaned the lack of options on the free transfer market.
Currently, it seems that those who are available have wages well out of our price range, or they are not good enough to improve the team.
