Birmingham striker Nikola Zigic came off the bench to get Blues a point in the 2-2 draw against Blackpool at Bloomfield Road on Saturday.

Marlon King was on the mark again, grabbing his fifth of the season after being played in by Elliott.

But the lead id not last long as Blackpool came back when LuaLua`s accurate pass enabled Steve Crainey to prod the ball home to make it 1-1.

King went close once again but he headed a cross from Chris Burke into the side netting while at the other end, Blackpool should have taken the lead but Crainey missed the target from 12 yards out.

Just before the hour mark, LuaLua squared the ball for Eardley and he unleashed a 25 yard strike that swerved into the top corner giving Myhill no chance.

Zigic came onto the field in the 71st minute and he really should have scored with his first attempt, but he managed to miss the target from point blank range After getting on the end of Keith Fahey`s cross.

But he made up for it with three minutes left on the clock when he steered home a Jonathan Spector cross.
