Yeung Fails With Appeal

Carson Yeung has lost his appeal against the freezing of his assets.

Carson went to the appeal court in Hong Kong to try and overturn the freezing of £59.1million, but the court dismissed the appeal.

Yeung pointed out that he felt the cash had been counted twice while it was being moved from one account to another.

Yeung is back in court next week due to the matter of his Barker Road property being repossessed.
