Birmingham City are looking to return to winning ways this evening as the clash with Millwall at The Den, having now failed to win any of their last three matches.
The Blues entered the recent international break in decent form, losing just once in 13 games, but endured a defeat against Derby County before being held to a thrilling 3-3 draw against Hull City – and then lost 4-2 to arch-rivals Aston Villa on Sunday.
That result, accompanied by the Championship games that were played last night, leaves Birmingham in the bottom half of the table and supporters have expressed their concern about the recent decline in form.
Birmingham should be able to defeat Millwall and are the superior side on paper, with their counterparts only above the relegation zone on goal difference, but fans are aware that significant improvements need to be shown.
Many responded to a pre-match message from Pep Clotet, urging the Blues’ assistant manager to help drive the team towards better fortunes.
We have gathered some of their reactions below.
Get the lads focused.
Sunday has been and gone.
