Gary Monk is a popular man among Birmingham City fans, and with good reason. He’s really brought the positivity back to the club, and he’s now spreading that far and wide.
Birmingham recently shared a post discussing the Blues boss helping out the Geoff Horsfield Foundation, a charity dedicated to vulnerable adults in and around the Birmingham area.
In the video clip shared by the club, which can be seen below, Monk can be seen doing his bit for the city – an act that he certainly deserves credit for.
@GarryMonk has joined forces with our official charity partner, @Geoff_Hors_Foun, to help feed the homeless in Birmingham city centre this evening.

That’s exactly what the manager has received, too. In response, a number of Birmingham City fans have paid tribute to the manager, and they’re touting him as one of the best things to come to the club in recent memory.
You can find out a little bit more about the foundation and the work it does by clicking here, and you can see what a few Blues fans have had to say below.

Has there ever been a Blues manager who got so involved in community events as @GarryMonk? He’s incredible and to join in with the legendary Horse & @Geoff_Hors_Foun just shows @bcfc is the people’s club #KRO #BCFC #SOTV

This is really geat from Gary Monk, and hopefully the partnership between the club and the charity can continue to go from strength to strength.
Thoughts?
