Vine Signs

Rowan Vine has officially signed for Birmingham, although the club are keeping the fee a mystery.

It has been widely reported in the press that the initial £2.5 million will rise to £3 million upon Blues gaining promotion.

Vine has signed for Blues for three and a half years.
