Verdict:
Positivity is the key heading into such a crucial match. Any sense of anxiety from the stands will be transmitted to the players on the pitch, and I have full faith in the St Andrews crowd making their voices heard in order to inspire the Blues to perform.
Our home form has been good under Garry Monk, and although we are playing a team in Fulham who have been on a long unbeaten run, the atmosphere could play a very important role in making sure the players turn up and play out of their skins.
Even if we don’t win, a point will be enough, but there’s no way we should be thinking of sitting back. We have played on the front foot in recent months. It is worked well for us so why change now?
