These Blues fans have been left with a sense of great anticipation after this latest news surrounding Maikel Kieftenbeld.
The Dutch midfielder has only recently come back from a devastating ACL injury that he sustained towards the end of last season, and has slowly been making his way back into the first team, coming off the bench in the last two games.
Although the injury isn’t going to totally be behind him, as the club announced on Monday that they are going to be releasing a ‘documentary’ of you will as they recall his journey from the initial injury all the way through his recovery stages and his return to action.
Will Kieftenbeld have a huge part to play going forward?
Yes
No
And judging by the response on social media, it looks like Bluenoses can’t wait to get a look at the behind the scenes video, with many of them using the teaser as an excuse to shower the 29-year-old with praise for what he’s done so far for the club and his standing in Blues folklore.
Glad the club looked after him with a contract whilst he was injured

Keifs whole Blues journey has been pretty epic, from his Derby transfer that didn't go through, to coming back from his injury, the guy is a bit of a blues legend.

Now, I wonder if we’re going to get the same sort of thing for Josh McEachran?
