WOLVERHAMPTON – Safe journey to the 2,446 Blues fans making the short trip to Wolverhampton on Sunday lunch time. Sing loud and proud.

OTABOR – With David Cotterill not yet looking up to speed after a long injury lay-off, it could be a big chance for Viv Solomon-Otabor to make a name for himself. He has impressed when he has played and has so much ability to unlock.

LOSING – Two consecutive away defeats isn`t a disaster but a third could start a losing streak. The Wolves game is vital and a win would be the morale booster everyone needs at just the right time. A defeat though and the pipe dream of the play-offs could be slipping away.

VINTAGE – Blues` kit this season is a throwback from the days of Small Heath Alliance. Nice thinking behind it, but the quality is shocking. Thank goodness a respectable manufacturer has been secured for next season. Welcome back, Adidas.

EASY – The two goals conceded at Blackburn were both very poor from a defensive perspective. If Blues make life so easy for Wolves, they will struggle.

SCAPEGOAT – Why must we always have one? Cotterill received a bit of stick from Blues fans at Blackburn for ‘being lazy`. But I don`t think people understand how difficult it can be to get back into your stride, and full fitness, after such a long lay-off. The fact is, although Cotterill wasn`t great at Ewood Park, the goals were down to shoddy defending and a rare mistake from Michael Morrison.
