RUNS – Defeat to Sheffield Wednesday was Blues` first in ten games. Gary Rowett rightly says that now is the time to ‘start another run`, beginning at Rotherham on Saturday.

OFFSIDE – Professional footballers have no excuses for being offside regularly. Clayton Donaldson and Will Buckley were flagged a combined six times in Blues` defeat to The Owls. Whether the decisions were right or wrong, players make it too easy for the linesman.

TORAL – The loanee from Arsenal has been a focal point of Blues` successes this season. After he was substituted against Sheffield Wednesday, Blues conceded two quick goals which may be a coincidence, but it speaks volumes of Jon Toral`s importance to the team.

HELP – Referees need help. Diego Fabbrini was clearly manhandled late on in the box on Saturday, but the referee waved away the appeals. Fabbrini had earlier attempted to con the official by going to ground too easily.

EXCITING – Some of Blues` away performances have been exciting this season (MK Dons, Fulham and Derby to name a few). Getting back to winning ways is the key thing, but doing it in style would bring fans morale back.

REDFEARN – Rotherham have sacked their manager, Neil Redfearn, this week. Former Blues defender Nicky Eaden takes over as caretaker until the club appoint a new boss. Let`s hope The Millers do not get ‘new manager syndrome`.

HEALING – David Cotterill has been laid off with an injury for months now. Apparently, he is ‘close` to fitness`. When his injury heals, he`ll be like a new signing.

ART – Defending is an art and can be a beautiful thing when done properly. Paul Caddis` last ditch tackle and his headed back pass against Sheffield Wednesday were two wonderfully crafted pieces of defending.

MAGHOMA – Blues` Congolese winger has been on tip top form of late. He will be key if Blues are to go on another run and push for the play-offs.
