Fan Kevin Tomlinson, who famously got a tattoo of Garry Monk on his backside, has now met the man himself during today’s open training session.
The manager kindly added his signature under the design during his chat with the supporter:

I imagine he will be hoping Monk gets off to a great start during his first full season in charge! Credit to him for going through with his promise, and credit to the manager as well for being such a good sport about it.
The supporter originally promised to have the tattoo done if we won against Fulham on the final day of the season to keep us in the Championship.
After winning the game 3-1, and having Monk’s head inked, the story went viral with it even ending up on the BBC website. The manager reportedly gave £80 of the £100 needed to get the tattoo done. Any additional money that was raised then went to the Justice for the 21 campaign.
