FRIDAY – Blues` last home game of the season against Middlesbrough has been moved to a Friday night for live Sky Sports coverage. We can wave goodbye to any chance of a decent gate now. It also gives Boro fans a 350 mile round trip.

UP FOR GRABS – Gary Rowett has stressed the fact he will be utilising the squad fully during the run-in. Places could be up for grabs for fringe players. Hopefully, we will see more of James Vaughan, Viv Solomon-Otabor and Will Buckley.

LOAN – The loan window remains open and it seems Bournemouth striker Glenn Murray may be available. It may be out of Blues` wage structure, but someone similar could really take the weight of Clayton Donaldson`s shoulders.

HOME FORM – Blues` last two home games have ended with 1-0 wins. A continuation of that would do the play-off charge the world of good.

AVOID THE DROP – Fulham come to St. Andrew`s in the midst of a relegation battle. They will be scrapping for their lives and will make it difficult for Blues. Expect a very tough game.

MIDFIELD – David Davis injected much needed energy in to Blues` tired looking midfield at Wolves. He deserves to start against Fulham. But whether Rowett opts to change the shape (playing narrow to accommodate Davis, Gleeson and Kieftenbeld) remains to be seen, but it didn`t work in the first half at the Molineux. Only when Blues reverted to their familiar shape did the game look winnable.
