Sheffield Wednesday manager Stuart Gray has hailed his striker Stevie May after he produced a terrific individual display to sink Birmingham.
Stevie May cut inside to score a great goal in the first of a 2-0 win at St Andrews. That was his second goal in blue and white.

‘We know Stevie has got that in him. He created something out of nothing.
He`s a centre-forward who will score goals as he has proven in Scotland. It will give him confidence going into the Reading game. His work off the ball and defending for the team was fantastic. I can`t fault his effort and commitment he puts in for the teams. He runs himself into the ground.’
Wednesday struggled in the first half as Birmingham went close to taking the lead several times. They hung in there to go on to win the game and control the second half.
Wednesday now have six clean sheets and an important three points from Birmingham
