Blues Development squad today head to Conference North Club Solihull Moors as they continue there preparations for the coming Premier U21 League season.
Richard Beale’s squad will look to continue there good form after winning two out of two matches played this season against Leicester City and Leamington.
Solihull will boosted by ex Blues striker Akwasi Asante regaining his fitness to take up a place in the Moors squad tonight. Whilst the Blues take a very strong squad to the Auto Tech Arena as no more than eight of the travelling squad have been involved in first team action so far this season.
Young Goalkeeper Nick Townsend will also feature after rumours of him leaving the club to League One side Barnsley have been rubbished whilst academy Defender Josh Martin could also be included.
